As Promised,
Here is my Mothers Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe :
This recipe works best if you have a mixer and a convection oven.
1 Cup Butter, Softened
1 Cup Brown Sugar
3/4 Cup Sugar
Cream together for 2 minutes
1 Tablespoon Vanilla
2 Eggs
- Blend into the mixture above for 4 minutes
ADD
3 Cups Flour
3/4 Teaspoon Salt
3/4 Teaspoon Baking Soda
- Mix all ingredients until evenly blended
ADD
2 1/2 Cups Chocolate Chips – Blend Evenly
Roll into 2 Inch balls and evenly space
Bake at 350 Degrees for 13 minutes
Rotate Cookie Sheets at half way point
Makes around 20 Cookies
