By booking, scheduling, or receiving our Services, or by using our Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. 2. Description of Services:
Top to Mop provides professional commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to office cleaning, floor maintenance, window washing, disinfection, and specialized cleaning for commercial spaces. Services are provided on a one-time, recurring, or as-needed basis, as agreed upon in your service agreement or quote. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any Services at any time, with or without notice.
3. Eligibility and User Obligations:
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our Services. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information when requesting quotes, booking services, or creating an account.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Not use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Allow our personnel safe access to the premises during scheduled service times.
- Notify us in advance of any hazards, special requirements, or changes to the premises.z
Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of Services without refund.
4. Booking and Scheduling:
Services can be booked via our Site, phone, email, or other channels. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by us. We may require a deposit or prepayment for certain Services.
5. Payment Terms:
Payments are due upon completion of Services unless otherwise specified in your invoice or agreement. We accept cash,credit cards, checks, and electronic transfers. Late payments may incur fees at 3.0%. All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes, which you are responsible for paying. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with notice.
6. Cancellations and Refunds:
Cancellations must be made at least 14 Days in advance of the scheduled service time. Late cancellations may result in a fee equal to 50% of the service cost. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. No refunds for completed Services.
7. Warranties and Guarantees:
We warrant that our Services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner using qualified personnel and appropriate materials. If you are dissatisfied, notify us within 24 hours of completion, and we will re-perform the Services at no additional cost, subject to our inspection. This is your sole remedy. We make no other warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Liability and Disclaimers:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Top to Mop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our Services, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim. We disclaim all warranties regarding the Site, including availability, accuracy, or freedom from viruses. Use of the Site is at your own risk. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our Services.
