What types of facilities do you clean?
We specialize in dental offices and medical offices throughout the East Valley. This includes general dentistry practices, specialty dental offices, physician offices, urgent care clinics, and outpatient facilities. We also service general commercial offices — professional suites, corporate offices, and multi-tenant office spaces. If you need a reliable, professional cleaning partner who shows up consistently and gets it right, we can help.
Do you clean during business hours or after hours?
We clean after hours — evenings, overnight, and weekends. Your patients and staff should never have to work around a cleaning crew. You open to a clean facility every day without any disruption to your practice.
Are you certified to clean dental and medical offices?
Yes. Our team holds certifications that most commercial cleaning companies don’t carry. These include OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens certification, HIPAA awareness training, and GBAC membership — the gold standard in biosafety and infection prevention. We’re also members of the ISSA and IJCSA.
What cleaning products do you use?
We use EPA-registered, hospital-grade disinfectants on every visit. These are the same category of products used in clinical settings and are appropriate for the infection prevention standards required in dental and medical environments.
Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?
Yes. Top to Mop is fully licensed to operate in Arizona, bonded for your protection, and carries comprehensive general liability insurance. Every team member is also background checked before entering your facility.
How do I get a price quote?
We don’t do one-size-fits-all pricing. Every facility is different — size, layout, frequency, and scope all factor in. The first step is a free on-site walkthrough where we assess your space and put together a customized proposal. No commitment, no sales pitch.
How long does a walkthrough take?
Usually 30+ minutes, depending on the size of your facility. We walk the space with you, ask about your priorities, and take notes on anything that needs special attention. You’ll receive a written proposal shortly after.
How often will you clean my office?
That depends on your needs. We offer daily, weekly, bi-weekly, and custom frequency schedules. Most dental offices prefer nightly or several times per week given patient volume. We’ll recommend what makes sense for your space during the walkthrough.
What areas do you serve?

What if I'm not happy with a cleaning?
We make it right. If anything doesn’t meet your expectations, contact us and we’ll return to address it at no additional charge. Consistent quality is our standard, not a selling point we forget about after you sign.
